When Ketu is placed in Rahu's Nakshatra, its paves way for confusion and obstacle in ambition of native. This is where conundrum arises. For example say if Ketu is situated in 4th house in Aquarius Zodiac for Scorpio ascendant native, then Ketu is definitely needs native to detach from home, mental peace and other factors of 4th house, but if Ketu is placed in Shatbhisha Nakshatra in Aquarius sign the it will not allow native to achieve his ambitions fueled by Rahu.

Since Ketu is in 4th house, means Rahu would be situated in 10th house, Leo Zodiac, hence native would crave for social respect, name in profession and recognition. But Ketu placed in Shatbhisa will poison these ambition and create hurdles in achieveing same.
