Consultation Membership is consultation method, tailored for family consultations, where a family can register by paying an annual subscription amount. This plan includes one free consultation in registered year and upto 10% discount on all subsequent consultations within registered year for registered family members
How to Book
To book consulation membership, first step is to make payment using the scanner on this page (for Indian Clients Only)

Once the payment is successfully done, note down the Payment/Transaction ID. Now next step is to fill the form using the button below
Once form is filled you may get an email for same within 3 working day requesting details of family members

Refund and Cancellation
Refund is not allowed with this consultation, however cancellation is available before scheduling of consultation is done and confirmed by you. Please mail to refunds[at]agyat.one with subject containing Booking ID
