Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds

Refunds cannot be issued under any circumstances once on the booking of any reports/readings, once it is accepted by us. Customers are requested to book carefully and with full consideration.

Refunds will only be initiated by us; in case we do not wish to provide consultation(s). Appropriate/Standard Deduction(s) will be applicable on refunds. Some of the products/services are non-refundable. Please go through all text mentioned before requesting a booking.

Cancellations

Booking can only be cancelled if we are informed within one hour of booking request. If one wish to cancel; the booking made, one can reach us at refunds[at]agyat.one format as mentioned below

Please attach successful payment screenshot in this mail.

Please send Cancellations mail from same email ID used in booking request. Cancellations request(s) will not be entertained under any circumstances, if

  • Time passed since booking/payment transaction request is beyond an hour
  • or; Booking request has been accepted/acknowledged by https://Agyat.One

Deductions

Deductions on cancellations/refunds will vary from payment gateway to payment gateway. One is advised to go through them on respective payment gateway’s policy. Charges on processing of payment/refunds will be deducted. Payment Processing and banking charges (if any) applicable will also be deducted.

We do not consider refunds for in-correct data provided by the customer. We request you to please re-check all your data when entered. https://Agyat.One will not consider refund requests resulting from the incorrect data provided by you.
